The University of Wisconsin–Madison’s Hilldale Awards recognize distinguished contributions to teaching, research and service. The awards have been given annually since 1986 and are supported by the Hilldale Fund. One faculty member from each faculty division is selected by their respective divisional committee (Arts & Humanities, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Social Sciences) each year. Recipients are recognized at a spring meeting of the Faculty Senate.
