The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Hilldale Awards and Hilldale Lecture Series are supported by the Hilldale Fund and sponsored by the Arts & Humanities Divisional Committee, Biological Sciences Divisional Committee, Physical Sciences Divisional Committee, and Social Sciences Divisional Committee.
Given annually since 1986-1987, the Hilldale Awards recognize distinguished contributions to teaching, research and service. One faculty member is honored in each division. Each recipient receives a $7,500 cash prize and is recognized at a spring meeting of the Faculty Senate.
