a. Consider coach performance and extension of coach contracts and/or the awarding of bonuses in Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Hockey, Women’s Hockey, Swimming & Diving, and Wrestling, as permitted by s. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats.;
b. Consider personnel matters related to hiring process for head men’s hockey coach, as permitted by 19.85(1)(c) and (e), Wis. Stats.; and
c. Confer with legal counsel regarding compliance with state laws and Athletic Board policies and procedures, as permitted by s. 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats.
