Attending to Bodily Sustenance and Concepts of Taste in Francisco Martínez Motiño’s 1611 Royal Cookbook (University Lecture)

The keynote lecture by Dr. Carolyn Nadeau at Early Modern Bodies, the third annual Graduate Early Modern Student Society (GEMSS) symposium. The event will take place in the Isthmus Room at the Lowell Center. The event is free and open to all. Refreshments will be provided.
