Apply for University Lectures Funding

The Lectures Committee welcomes the submission of university lectures proposals for consideration by the committee.

Before you apply:

1. Read the qualifications for a university lecture.
2. Preview the proposal template to prepare the required information.
3. Decide on a deadline to apply for. Proposals must be received before the date of the lecture. Deadlines are:
   1. February 15
   2. April 15
   3. September 15
   4. November 15
   5. December 15 (2024 only)

To apply:

1. Complete the online University Lectures Proposal form (sign in with your NetID). This will require an upload of the lecturer’s CV and a travel estimate.
2. Please use the instructions to complete the proposal form.
